You could use Sumatra(kind of like Adobe reader, except with less features, but tt can read PDF, ePub, Mobi, XPS, DjVu, CHM, CBZ and CBR on Windows.
You can rename it to .zip and unzip it. I don’t remember if it converts to .jpg or.pdf though.
